RE: Christmas Party Wednesday 16th December 2020
Dear Parents/Carers,
As Christmas is approaching we wanted to arrange a classroom Christmas party on Wednesday 16th December for all our children in school. The teachers will organise the party with games, music and lots of fun.
We would also like the children to have some party food to share. As such, we are requesting that you bring in some unopened, shop bought party food that the children can share during the party. In order to allow time to quarantine the food we ask you to bring in all contributions by FRIDAY 11th December.
We will be unable to accept any party food after that date.
The food can be brought in plastic bags, by your children, to school and the food will be stored unopened and untouched in a sealed bag in each classroom until the day of the party. If the items are heavy then please pass them to our staff on the gate – but please label your food bag with your child’s name and which class it is for.
We would be very grateful for contributions of:
DRINKS, CAKES, CRISPS, CHOCOLATE, PASTRIES, SAMOSAS, SWEETS, PAKORAS, PAPER PLATES, CUPS, PAPER TABLE CLOTHS etc. that the children would be happy to share.
Please ensure all foods are halal, nut free and contain no gelatine.
ALL FOOD MUST BE SHOP BOUGHT, PRE-PACKED and UNOPENED
NO HOME MADE FOOD PLEASE!
